Delivery / Collections

We offer a free UK mainland delivery (excluding Scottish Highlands) on all orders over £90 and a free local delivery within a 5 mile radius over £40. Under these amounts there is a £10 delivery charge.

Local deliveries will be personally carried out by us, at a time to suit you, Monday to Saturday between 8am and 5pm. 

National delivery will be carried out by courier, next day delivery before 5pm.

Orders placed before 12 midday on a Monday will be delivered Tuesday

Orders placed before 12 midday on a Tuesday will be delivered Wednesday

Orders placed before 12 midday on a Wednesday will be delivered Thursday

Orders placed before 12 midday on a Thursday will be delivered Friday

Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered Tuesday

Please note courier can only make one attempt at delivery and cannot take back to depot, please make suitable arrangements for this (i.e. leave with a neighbour or in a safe place at your own risk, delivery instructions will need to be detailed when placing your order).

Shop online you collect

This is a free service. For your convenience place your order online, select your choice of shop (Chase Terrace or Burntwood),  we will then contact you when your order is ready. If you would like to order in advance for a particular date this is possible.
